Functions and tasks of the Department:

• continuous improvement and maintenance of high quality medical services and patient safety in the Partnership by achieving compliance with national and international quality standards;
• the introduction of advanced technologies at all levels and the organization of a scientific approach in the field of health organization management to create a system of continuous improvement of the quality of medical services and increase patient safety;
• unification and coordination of the activities of all departments and the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach to improve the quality of medical care in the Partnership;
• predestination of patient expectations (questionnaire) to create a patient-oriented quality and patient safety management system;
• ensuring data collection for an objective assessment of the quality of medical services and patient safety in the Partnership, monitoring corrective/preventive measures based on the data analysis;
• a systematic approach to solving problems and problems in the field of quality of medical services and patient safety;
• compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts in the field of healthcare.
