Goals and objectives of the department:

• collection, processing, analysis of medical information and calculation of quality indicators of the clinical and paraclinical units of the Center;
• ensuring the continuity of the process of providing medical care within the guaranteed volume of free medical care, in the system of compulsory social health insurance and on a paid basis, by regulating the flow of inpatient patients in the Center;
• control of reliability of statistical information and timeliness of its provision;
• planning of the activities of the structural divisions of the Center (production plan) for the implementation of high-tech medical care and specialized medical care;
• together with interested parties, participation in the development of forms, internal requirements and procedures for the registration of primary medical documentation of the Center and reporting;
