• Implementation of income and expenditure planning of the Center;
• Preparation of long-term and current plans on the basis of legislative and regulatory acts regulating the economic activities of the Center;
• Economic planning aimed at the effective use of all types of resources in the process of production and sale of products (works, services);
• Organization and improvement of labor planning, forms and systems of remuneration, material incentives;
• Monitoring of economic indicators of the Center's activities;
• Providing the results of economic analysis to management for making managerial decisions;
• Control over the implementation of the Development Plan of the Center within the competence of the department;
• Methodological support of the Center in the field of application of legislative and other regulatory legal acts on issues related to the competence of the department.
