Purpose of the department:

Coordination of scientific and research activities, search for new scientific projects and directions, information and consulting support of scientific works, study of the modern experience of world medical science, implementation of the results of scientific activity into practice.

Department tasks:

• organization, coordination, methodological support and monitoring of the Partnership's research and innovation activities, clinical trials of medicinal substances and medical devices;
• conducting fundamental and applied scientific research;
• ensuring compliance with the safety of research participants (patients, medical personnel, researchers) during research and clinical trials, making suggestions and recommendations for its improvement; ensuring the functioning of the local ethical commission of the Partnership;
• providing consulting and applied assistance to the staff of the Center in drawing up the design of scientific research and mathematical processing of scientific material carried out within the framework of the research works of the Partnership;
• provision of conditions for legal protection and commercial sale of intellectual property objects of the Partnership created as a result of scientific and scientific-technical activities;
• development of the concept of the external and internal policy of the organization in the field of scientific research.
