The Head of the Center is Azhdarova Nurgul Karymkulovna.
Tasks of the Center:
- Coordination of the activities of the oncological service of the Partnership;
- Improving the effectiveness of providing oncological care to the population of the country;
- Improvement of the legal framework of the Partnership in the field of oncology;
- Implementation and monitoring of measures of the Comprehensive Plan to Combat Cancer in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018-2022.
- Amendments, additions, proposals to the regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of development of the oncological service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Ensuring coordination of the activities of the Partnership's structural divisions in terms of high-quality and timely maintenance of accounting and reporting documentation in the field of healthcare;
- Organization of scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, seminars held in accordance with the plans of the Partnership and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Promotion of a healthy lifestyle among patients and employees of the Partnership, providing for the prevention of diseases.
In accordance with the assigned tasks , the Center performs the following functions:
- Providing organizational and methodological assistance to the structural units of the Partnership engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients;
- Interaction and continuity in activities with authorized bodies in the field of healthcare, as well as state bodies, organizations of republican and regional significance in the field of public health protection;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of cancer control programs;
- Coordination of the activities of structural units in terms of high-quality and timely maintenance of accounting and reporting documentation in the field of healthcare in the partnership;
- Participation in the development of draft regulatory legal acts of the partnership in the field of healthcare;
- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of national and international standards (JCI) in the activities of the partnership;
- Minimization of risks, prevention of the occurrence of risks associated with the implementation of this regulation on the department;
- Ensuring and strengthening a healthy corporate culture of the center;
- Compliance with the principles of business ethics and rules of conduct, adherence to moral and ethical standards;
- Implementation of other types of activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
