The head of the Center for Multidisciplinary Surgery is Uskenbayev Talgat Aitbayevich, a surgeon of the highest qualification category, oncologist, candidate of medical sciences.

1) Surgical treatment of malignant tumors of the thyroid gland, larynx, salivary glands, esophagus, thymus gland, lungs, stomach, small, large and rectum, non-organ tumors of the retroperitoneal space and tumors of the anterior abdominal wall. Operations are performed at a high professional level in conditions of modern technical equipment in accordance with international standards.

2) Reconstructive and reconstructive operations for scar deformities of the skin and tissues, trophic ulcers and bedsores. In the treatment of trophic ulcers, specialists achieve 100% healing, thanks to the use of cellular technology and bioengineering approaches.

3) The whole range of ENT operations (auditory enhancement, tonsillectomy, endoscopic polysinusotomy, submucosal resection of the nasal septum with autochondral septoplasty, tracheostomy, conchotomy)

A special feature of the department is the treatment of patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis by applying the method of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion. Specialists of the department introduced this treatment technology for the first time in the country.
