On May 27, 2021, the days of transplantation Baku-Malatya 2021 were held, within the framework of which an international online conference on hepatocellular carcinoma was held in order to exchange experience and interdisciplinary discussions of domestic and foreign researchers.

This conference was attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan Medical University; Liver Transplant Institute, Inonu University; Uzbek Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center; Department of the Center for Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Organ Transplantation of the National Scientific Cancer Center.
On behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhanat Spataev and Jamilya Saparbay spoke on the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
