Today, the surgeon-oncologist of the Center for Multidisciplinary Surgery N.A. Kalibekov shared his experience in treating esophageal cancer. The material presented an analytical report on the performed surgical interventions for esophageal cancer in patients who received treatment at the National Scientific Research Center for the last 5 years. Statistical data were announced, the methods of surgical treatment used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of this localization were analyzed, and a long-term development plan for 2021 was presented.
