On March 16, a meeting of the Journal Club was held with the participation of representatives of the Nursing Service of the National Cancer Research Center.
The club is a group of nurses with common interests who meet on a regular basis to read, discuss and evaluate academic and scientific articles published in the medical literature.
Master, sector manager for nursing - Jamilya Zainulina made a presentation on the topic: "Fundamentals of scientific research in the field of nursing in modern medicine".
During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: tasks and goals of nursing; the concept of evidence-based nursing practice; types and examples of research in the field of nursing "Experience in the leadership of nursing leaders: critical incident techniques".

More than 30 medical staff took part in the work, including senior nurses and managing director for nursing Gulmira Galimova.
The purpose of the journal club of nurses: to become a forum for the study and discussion of the results of scientific research for the development and promotion of evidence-based nursing practice.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to search for a scientific article in the field of nursing on a topical issue to discuss the applicability of the research results in practice.
