Vadim Matveyevich Kemaykin is a hematologist of the highest qualification category, Candidate of medical Sciences, Chief freelance hematologist, oncogematologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He passed advanced training in the clinics in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Japan.

Work experience of more than 30 years.

Under the leadership and with the direct participation of V.M. Kemaykin, the hematology department was opened at the “Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care” JSC (now "NROC" LLP) and the first autologous, allogeneic and haploidentical bone marrow transplants were performed.
