Angels in white coats. There is probably no such person who at least once in his life would not meet with doctors. Feeling pain, we rush for help to them, people in white coats. We trust them with our most precious thing - life, look into the doctor's eyes with hope and believe firmly that he will definitely help.
Reading in childhood with K.I. Chukovsky "Doctor Aibolit", I dreamed of becoming an aunt in a white coat with a phonendoscope around my neck. But, life ordered otherwise. Sometimes I play the role of a patient who just loves watching films about doctors and hates the filth that is poured over our doctors.
It just so happened that I had to seek help from the NSC in the city of Nur-Sultan. At the first appointment, Dr. Kim V.E showed himself to be a real professional, polite and tactful person. After listening to my complaints, I decided to operate. The doctor's verdict is law for me.
Preparing for surgery is always an exciting, disturbing moment in the life of any person. But having crossed the threshold of the emergency room, I felt calm. Polite treatment, willingness to help - this is how the work of girls in this department can be characterized.
After going through all the necessary procedures, a silent elevator took me to the fifth floor, where the doors of the Women's Health Department hospitably opened. Immediately struck by the cleanliness, comfort, efficiency of the medical staff. I began to calm down even more, completely surrendering myself to the doctors.
The psychological climate in the department, the working atmosphere, discipline - it all depends on the leader, who is Shakirova Aida Fazylovna. Her benevolent attitude towards her patients, love for work, professionalism - that is what is characteristic of this sweet fragile woman. What does the patient need? Hearing words of encouragement - everything will be fine!
I would like to single out the doctor who operated on me - this is Igembaeva Gulmira Ismailovna. Looking into her eyes during the examination, I had no doubt that the operation would be successful. And once on the operating table, I watched with admiration the well-coordinated work of all the medical staff, who fluttered around me like white snowflakes. I don’t remember if I had time to say “Well, with God!”, But I woke up already in the awakening chamber.
Oh, how many patients saw the nurses in this ward! Those patients whom they watched, whom they woke up "It's time, beauty, wake up!" These moments of awakening cannot be expressed in words, they only need to be experienced. And a feeling of relief: everything is over!
And again a silent elevator took me to the 5th floor to the department, where a nurse and nurses were already waiting for me. “Darling, everything will be fine. If it hurts, call us. " And I fall asleep thinking - yes, I'm cute, I'm good, they won't leave me helpless and they will definitely help me.
After spending a week in the department, we, the patients, became to each other well, almost like relatives. We saw off another patient to the operation, we waited for his return to the ward. And I, already on the third day almost cheerfully walking along the corridor, empathized with those who had just been brought from the intensive care unit - Nothing, dear, everything will be fine!
I want to say a huge thank you to all the doctors - gynecologists, anesthesiologist Izmailova A.S .; nurses - and guards, and procedural, and who makes the dressings; to all those who are doing their work in the operating room, those who are waiting for our awakening; to all the nurses and those lovely women who deliver delicious meals to our wards right to the bedside table. You give people hope and do your best to justify it, you make this world brighter and more joyful with one big team, because you look at the world in a completely different way when you are healthy. With all my heart I wish you health and prosperity, prosperity and strong strength.
