Angels in white coats. There is probably no such person who has not met with doctors at least once in his life. Feeling the pain, we rush to them for help, people in white coats. We trust them with our most precious thing - life, we look into the doctor's eyes with hope and firmly believe that he will definitely help.

Reading in childhood K.I. Chukovsky's fairy tale "Doctor Aibolit", I dreamed of becoming an aunt in a white coat with a phonendoscope around her neck. But, life ordered otherwise. I sometimes play the role of a patient who just loves watching movies about doctors and hates the dirt that our doctors are watered with.

It just so happened that I had to ask for help in the NNOC G.Nur-Sultan. At the first appointment, Dr. Kim V.Ye showed himself as a true professional, polite and tactful person. After listening to my complaints, I decided to operate. The doctor's verdict is the law for me.

Preparation for surgery is always an exciting, disturbing moment in the life of any person. But when I crossed the threshold of the emergency room, I felt calm. Polite treatment, willingness to help – this is how you can characterize the work of girls in this department.

After going through all the necessary procedures, a silent elevator took me to the fifth floor, where the doors of the Women's Health Department opened hospitably. The cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency of the medical staff immediately caught my eye. I began to calm down even more, completely putting myself in the hands of doctors.

The psychological climate in the department, the working atmosphere, discipline – all this depends on the head, which is Shakirova Aida Fazylovna. Her friendly attitude to her patients, love of work, professionalism – that's what is characteristic of this sweet fragile woman. And what does the patient need? To hear words of encouragement – everything will be fine!

I want to single out the doctor who operated on me – this is Gulmira Ismailovna Igembayeva. Looking into her eyes during the examination, I had no doubt that the operation would be successful. And once I was already on the operating table, I watched with admiration the coordinated work of all the medical staff, who fluttered around me like white snowflakes. I don't remember if I managed to say "Well, with God!", but I woke up already in the awakening ward.

Oh, how many patients the nurses have seen in this ward! Those patients whom they observed, whom they woke up "It's time, beauty, wake up!" These moments of awakening cannot be expressed in words, they only need to be experienced. And a sense of relief: it's all over!

And again, a silent elevator took me to the 5th floor to the department, where a nurse and nurses were already waiting for me. "Honey, everything will be fine. If it hurts, you call us." And I fall asleep with the thought – yes, I'm cute, I'm good, they won't leave me helpless and they will definitely help me.

After spending a week in the department, we, the patients, became almost like relatives to each other. We were escorting another patient to surgery, we were waiting for him to return to the ward. And I, already on the third day, almost cheerfully walking down the corridor, empathized with those who had just been brought from the intensive care unit - Nothing, darling, everything will be fine!

I want to say a huge thank you to all gynecologists, anesthesiologist A.S. Izmailova; nurses - both guards and procedural, and who do bandages; to all those who do their work in the operating room, those who are waiting for our awakening; to all the nurses and those lovely women who deliver to our ward right to the bedside table delicious lunches. You give people hope and do your best to justify it, you make this world brighter and happier with one big team, because you look at the world in a completely different way when you are healthy. With all my heart I wish you health and prosperity, well-being and strong strength.
